Led by Paul Chung, the senior manager of capital projects, Toronto Metropolitan University’s Project Management Office (PMO) is dedicated to planning, coordinating and managing all renovations, new construction and infrastructure renewal projects for Facilities Management and Development.

The PMO staff regularly coordinate, cooperate and collaborate with Facilities Services Maintenance & Operations, Computing & Communications Services (CCS), Environmental Health & Safety, University Business Services and Campus Safety & Security.

What we do

The PMO provides professional project management services through all phases of a project from planning through execution, including: 

  • feasibility studies
  • estimates, budget and scheduling
  • building permits and planning approvals
  • design and construction
  • furniture layouts and procurement
