Update: Intermittent access restrictions to Dalhousie St. continue during construction

As communicated on January 16, Graywood Developments is building a 53 story high-rise condo at 241 Church St., located immediately south of the George Vari Engineering and Computing Centre (ENG) at Church Street and Dundas Street East

To facilitate construction and material deliveries, intermittent access restrictions for vehicles travelling on Dalhousie Street will continue throughout the building's construction.

How this may impact you

Vehicular travel along Dalhousie Street between Gould Street and Dundas Street East will be restricted temporarily with short-term road closures when construction activities must occupy the roadway. 

Access to the ENG loading area will be maintained for vehicles travelling southbound on Dalhousie Street from Gould Street and personnel will be on site to direct traffic and facilitate deliveries to ENG.

Sidewalk access will be maintained for pedestrians.
