Update: Construction continues on Concord Sky development – O’Keefe Lane to be closed

April 03, 2024

Update: O’Keefe Lane closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

The Concord Sky project will be closing O’Keefe Lane to vehicular and pedestrian traffic and protective scaffolding will be erected overhead for emergency exit routes. There will be gates installed at both ends of the laneway and access along O’Keefe Lane will be restricted until the tower construction is complete.

Concord has assigned traffic control personnel at both ends of the laneway and TMU community members are asked to follow their instructions for your own safety and the safety of others.

Students, faculty and staff are reminded that west stairwell exits from JOR, POD and LIB into O’Keefe Lane are for emergency use only. There is no re-entry to TMU buildings from the laneway. If you must enter the laneway in the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of the signage to exit at the gates.
