  • authority over a worker

What is the eLearning module about?

Health and Safety for Leaders covers the following topics:

  • the definition and importance of the leader role,
  • the structure and function of the Internal Responsibility System,
  • how to perform university health and safety processes,
  • how to apply the Prevention Philosophy and 13 Factors of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace in your role as a health, safety and wellbeing leader, and
  • where to find additional tools and resources for support.
