Mail delivery and pickup runs

At least one daily visit is made to each TMU department for mail dropoff and pickup.

In-person pickups

If you’d prefer to pick up a shipment yourself, please bring your TMU OneCard, courier company name and tracking number details to the Central Receiving office at 105 Bond Street.

When sending someone to pick up items on your behalf, the Mail Room must be notified in advance and your representative must show their OneCard upon arrival. Please contact the Mail Room at receiving@torontomu.ca or 416-979-5000, ext. 557020.
