A new way to request support from Financial Services
To: All employees with access to TMU Financial Information Systems
A new portal is now available for requesting support for select areas within Financial Services. Alongside request submissions, the FS Help portal also allows you to track status and add new comments to your requests.
You may continue to request assistance via the Financial Information System Help Desk at fishelp@torontomu.ca or 416-979-5000, ext. 552688, after which your inquiry will be created as a ticket you can track in the FS Help portal.
What you can do in FS Help
Starting today, you can log in to the FS Help portal to submit:
- questions about training
- troubleshooting requests for the Financial Information System (FIS)
- general information or assistance with FIS
- System Access Forms for requesting FIS access and/or a TMU Purchasing Card.
All other inquiries should continue to be sent to the appropriate contact person or Financial Services unit.
Finding the portal
You can access the FS Help portal by navigating directly to help.torontomu.ca/fshelp and entering your TMU username and password. Relevant forms and pages on the Financial Services site will also link to the portal directly.
