The expendable funds will provide 1 annual award of $2,000 commencing in the 2024/2025 academic year for at least 5 years.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for this award, applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a full-time graduate degree program.
- Demonstrate financial need as determined by the university.
- Have clear academic standing.
Weighted Criteria
Applicants must submit a written statement (maximum 500 words) outlining their activities
demonstrating their commitment to social justice and/or labour relations (e.g., advancing worker rights, worker education, workplace leadership, trade union organizing, or involvement).
