Learn the ins and outs of journal publishing.

Are you interested in transforming your master's thesis into a journal article, and submitting it for publication? As an early career researcher or emerging professional in your field, authoring an article in a scholarly journal may be worth the effort.

In this hour-long session, TMU librarians will prepare you for the journey ahead! We will discuss the benefits of publishing, transitioning your thesis into a journal manuscript, the peer review process, targeting journals for publication, and the emotional labour of scholarly publishing.

Instructors: Brian Cameron, Digital Initiatives Librarian, and Cecile Farnum, TMU Liaison Librarian

This webinar is brought to you by the TMU Libraries in partnership with the Yeates School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

TMU graduate students and postdocs from all disciplines are invited to attend! This session qualifies for the Future Smart program.
