Do you need a pause? If so, you are likely not alone. This 30-minute session is an invitation for graduate students and postdocs to slow down and step out of the daily rush. Together, we’ll create a calm, supportive space to explore simple mindfulness and meditation practices, and to gently observe and understand how stress shows up in the body. No experience or preparation is required—just come as you are. Think of this session as a calm oasis in the middle of a busy and stressful day: a chance to reset, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more grounded and at ease.

Please register for this session. Registration for the session is to allow us to have an idea of numbers, and to send out the Zoom link to registrants. Your information will not be shared. Please register here (external link) . Thank you.

TMU graduate students and postdocs from all disciplines are invited to attend!
