Our character strengths are the values that we put into action. We feel empowered and energized when we lead from our strengths, which can serve as a stepping stone to our success. You will first identify (through this free survey (external link) ) and then learn to tap into these strengths to persevere with your studies and self-care. From there, we will explore how to apply your strengths to your academic habits, whether it's managing your time more effectively or redefining productivity in ways that align with your values. By working with your strengths, rather than against them, you will develop effective strategies to stay focused, motivated, and grounded throughout your graduate journey.
TMU graduate students and postdocs from all disciplines are invited to attend! This session qualifies for the Future Smart program.
