We will explore the process of habit formation and learn about the importance of sleep for maintaining attention, focus, and memory. Learn how to build stamina and manage your energy through long-term projects like a thesis or dissertation. This session provides practical strategies for planning, prioritizing, and making intentional choices to help you stay focused, organized, and motivated throughout the process.

TMU graduate students and postdocs from all disciplines are invited to attend! This session qualifies for the Future Smart program.
