An online workshop for grad students and postdocs!

This Lead Well session is presented by the Yeates School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies and the Graduate Leadership Institute. Hosted by Dr. Wilson Leung and guest speaker Payal Bhole.

You may have heard the saying that we are our own worst critics. The desire to perform well and succeed is a driving force for many graduate students, but attempts to achieve this goal often involve unhelpful self-criticism.

Please join us to learn about the transformative power of self-compassion to increase (and sustain!) motivation and performance.

TMU graduate students and post-docs from all disciplines are invited to attend. This session qualifies for the Future Smart program.

Please contact l2mutic@torontomu.ca if you require any accommodations to ensure your inclusion in this event.
