CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Additional Scheduled Changes

Updating Tomcat on application servers.
User Impact: During the upgrade process apps hosted on the hr.apps, ev1.cf, and applications like TAI and RODocs will be unavailable for short periods of time. - Sunday, July 5, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Updating network switches in AMC theater.
User Impact: Network devices will be disconnected at AMC theater for network switches upgrade.
- Sunday, July 26, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Updating MyServiceHub & eHR.
User Impact:
1. MyServiceHub production will not have an outage. There will be a brief outage for non-production environments.
2. eHR production will have a brief outage for web services from 8 am to 9 am. All non-production environments will also have a brief outage on Sunday. - Sunday, August 30, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Updating eHR.
User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day. - Sunday, September 20, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Updating MyServiceHub.
User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage on the 16th. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day.
