CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Updating Content 7 server.
User Impact: Content 7 will be down during this time. RO has been advised. - Friday, May 22, 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Upgrading CAS and my.torontomu portal server software.
User Impact: Access to CAS and my.torontomu portal may be intermittent during this period. - Sunday, May 24, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Upgrading network switches on DSQ - 5th floor.
User Impact: Network devices will be disconnected at DSQ floor 5 for network switches upgrade. - Tuesday, May 26, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Updating Coldfusion servers.
User Impact: During this upgrade, Coldfusion, Bitbucket and all other applications supported by Coldfusion servers will be not available. - Tuesday, May 26, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Updating InstantID server
User Impact: This will require InstantID to be down - this will prevent photo printing in the Onecard office for the duration of the execution. - Tuesday, May 26, 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Upgrading MySQL.
User Impact: During upgrade, TenableDB and cisoDB databases are not available, end users whose apps need MySQL server support have been notified about the outrage.
- Thursday, May 28, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Updating Transact servers.
User Impact: This will affect Onecard operations and integrations with Transact during the upgrade.
- POS devices (including Food service CloudPOS) will be offline
- Integrations with Papercut, Onecard E-Accounts, Mobile credential provisioning and any apps will be unavailable.
- InstantID (card printing) will be unavailable
- POS devices (including Food service CloudPOS) will be offline
- Saturday, May 30, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Updating Financial Information System (FIS).
User Impact: FIS is not available during the downtime. - Sunday, June 7, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Updating eHR.
User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day. - Sunday, June 21, 7:00 a.m. to Monday, June 22, 1:00 a.m.
Updating MyServiceHub.
User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage window.
