Reimaging all CCS managed labs.
User Impact: The imaging will be done mostly off hours or the labs will be booked on case by case basis. Relevant parties will be kept in the loop with our reimaging schedule and progress.

Updating Student printing.
User Impact: No access to student printing.
Wednesday, September 9, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - completed
Updating Content 7 servers.
User Impact: There will be a full outage of Content 7 and integrated systems (rodocs uploads, deprovisioning). The RO is aware and will coordinate communications with their users.

Sunday, September 13, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - completed
Upgrading network switches for MAC 2nd floor East.
User Impact: No service impact since there’re no activities on that floor during this time, confirmed with local team.
Tuesday, September 15, 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. - completed
Updating TAI dashboards.
User Impact: No access to TAI dashboards.
Wednesday, September 16, 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. - completed
Upgrading Oracle servers.
User Impact: During the upgrade, Coldfusion, and all other applications supported by oracle servers will be not available.
