CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

User Impact: AEM author production needs to be restarted between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. https://www.torontomu.ca won't be affected.

Additional Scheduled Changes

  • Thursday, February 19, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. 
    Removing Catia from VApps.
    User Impact: Moving forward users will have to use physical labs for Catia. 
  • Wednesday, February 25, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.   
    Updating Coldfusion and other app servers.
    User Impact: Coldfusion, Bitbucket and all other applications will be not available.
  • Sunday, March 1, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 
    Updating eHR.
    User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage.  All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day.
  • Friday, March 13, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. 
    Upgrading WordPress.
    User Impact: The blog.torontomu.ca network will be unavailable briefly (<10 minutes) while the application updates. Subsequently, each blog will experience a brief (<1minute) outage as it is upgraded. A full system restart/outage is not required.
  • Saturday, March 21, 12:30 a.m. to Tuesday, March 24, 1:00 a.m. 
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage window.
