CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

    Updating XMFax (XMedius).
    User Impact: All users will be unable to access the system (SendFax and Web Interface).
  • Sunday, February 1, 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. 
    Updating CAS servers.
    User Impact: Access to all CAS and uPortal instances will be unavailable. Google Workspace, eHR, TMU-VPN, MyServiceHub and D2L cannot accept new login during the downtime.
  • Thursday, February 5, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 
    Updating ColdFusion.
    User Impact: All Coldfusion apps on CF-PROD will be unavailable during this outage.
  • Saturday, February 14, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 
    Updating eHR.
    User Impact:
    1) eHR production and all related services will be down during the outage on Saturday.
    2) All non-production environments will have a brief outage on Sunday February 15th.
  • Sunday, February 15, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage on the 15th.  All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day on the next day (16th).
  • Sunday, March 1, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 
    Updating eHR.
    User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage.  All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day.
  • Saturday, March 21, 12:30 a.m. to Tuesday, March 24, 1:00 a.m. 
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage window.
