CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Updating SPSS licensing.
User Impact: Users will not be able to use SPSS Statistics or SPSS Modeler during the upgrade. - Sunday, December 7, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Updating KHSE first floor network switches.
User Impact: Network devices will be disconnected at KHSE first floor for network switches upgrade. Minimal impact due to the change schedule.

Updating UPO server.
User Impact: During upgrading, UPO databases/tables are not available, end users have been notified. - Monday, December 29, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Upgrading TRS-2nd floor network switches.
User Impact: Network devices will be disconnected. - Tuesday, January 20, 2026, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Renaming Online Courses and Organizations portlet to Learning Management Systems on my.torontomu portal.
User Impact: None expected.
