CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Updating TMU wireless network.
User Impact: None expected. - Monday, April 6, 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Renewing TMU wireless network certificate.
User Impact: None expected. The renewal will force all clients to have to accept the new certificate up reconnecting and in some cases, delete/forget the TMU wireless profile and reconnect.

Updating ServiceNow.
User Impact: None expected. - Sunday, April 26, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Updating MyServiceHub and eHR.
User Impact:
1. MyServiceHub production will not have an outage. There will be a brief outage for non-production environments.
2. eHR production will have a brief outage for web services and for non-production environments. - Sunday, May 17, 8:00 a.m. to Monday, May 18, 8:00 p.m.
Updating MyServiceHub.
User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down between 8AM and 1PM during the outage on the 17th. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day on the next day (18th). - Friday, May 22, 5:00 p.m. to Monday, May 25, 8:00 a.m.
Upgrading eHR.
User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage window.
