CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

    User Impact: Impact to all Content 7 web client users - the desktop client will remain up. 
  • Wednesday, January 14, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 
    Updating ColdFusion.
    User Impact:All Coldfusion apps will be down on production during this outage. 
  • Tuesday, January 20, 2026, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.      
    Renaming Online Courses and Organizations portlet  to Learning Management Systems on my.torontomu portal.
    User Impact: None expected.
  • Saturday, February 14, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 
    Updating eHR.
    User Impact:
    1) eHR Production and all related services will be down during the outage on Saturday.
    2) All non-production environments will have a brief outage on Sunday February 15th.
