Larissa Allen Employee Experience Staff Award Recipients
The Larissa Allen Employee Experience Staff Award is in recognition of Larissa Allen, former assistant vice-president, human resources. This award recognizes one individual who has improved employee wellbeing at Ryerson by engaging and supporting employees in ways that had a significant positive impact on the experience of staff and/or faculty.
The recipient receives a certificate and a one-time monetary award of $2,000 (subject to applicable deductions).

Davina Chan
Human Resources
Davina Chan has been the Senior HR Partner for the Faculty of Arts since joining the university in March 2018. She goes above and beyond in everything she is involved with, making her an extraordinary and exceptional colleague. She has extensive skills and experience and with critical thinking, positivity, imagination, kindness and humour, she is a tremendous asset to the Faculty of Arts. Davina is the first person to volunteer to support any initiative, committee or project and works with colleagues to bring out the best in and for everyone. She’s a remarkable colleague and utterly deserving of this award.
