Larissa Allen Employee Experience Staff Award Recipients

The Larissa Allen Employee Experience Staff Award was inspired by Larissa Allen, former assistant vice-president, human resources for her contributions to employee engagement. This award recognizes one individual who has improved employee wellbeing at TMU by engaging and supporting employees in ways that had a significant positive impact on the experience of staff and/or faculty.

The recipient receives a certificate and a one-time monetary award of $2,000 (subject to applicable deductions).

Angeline exemplifies the spirit of the Larissa Allen Employee Experience Staff Award through her exceptional leadership, empathy, and dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. Her initiatives- ranging from recruitment events to equity-focused community partnerships - demonstrate her creativity, care, and commitment to engagement. Known as the “engine” of FCS, Angeline has profoundly enhanced the employee experience and strengthened the sense of belonging across the FCS.
