Shortcuts & quick actions

Shortcut or Quick action	Location or view	Description
Quick actions are available for single items, eliminating need to preselect	Sites> Cardview	Actions: Select, Edit, Properties, Quick Publish, Copy and Move
Use arrow keys to navigate through content tree, site pages	Sites>Column and list view	Select a main file, then click on right arrow to navigate from main to child; and click up and down arrows
Delete a file	Sites>Column, list and card view	Select file, hit backspace
Move/Rename a file	Sites>Column, list and card view	Select file, hit "m"
Edit a file	Sites>Column, list and card view	Select file, hit "e"
Open page properties	Sites>Column, list and card view	Select file, hit "p"
Copy file	Sites>Column, list and card view	Select file, hit 'c'; navigate to location where you want to paste file and click Ctrl V
