New MFA requirement to access Adobe software

May 30, 2022

Toronto Metropolitan University uses Microsoft Azure AD (Active Directory) to authenticate users of Adobe software. To improve security, CCS will be implementing Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Adobe access on June 6th, 2022.

If you have already set up Microsoft MFA for use on Microsoft products, you will not need to do anything to continue to use Adobe.

Note: Microsoft MFA is different from Google 2-Factor Authentication and requires separate setup.

If you have not set up Microsoft MFA, please follow the instructions to set up Microsoft MFA

To avoid disruption to your access using the Adobe software, please make sure you have set up your Microsoft MFA before Monday, June 6, 2022.
