Global email replacements in AEM websites; feedback forms and Web Support
The following is a list of topics we want to communicate to you at this time:

1. Email replacements in AEM
Digital Publishing will be replacing the majority of @torontomu.ca emails with @torontomu.ca on Saturday, January 21, 2023. AEM Author - Production and Development - will not be available between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
The following is a list of content and components where emails will NOT be replaced automatically and therefore must be done manually by AEM content owners:
- HTML snippet components
- Filenames, asset names, links, paths, references, embedCode.
- Content in uploaded DAM asset files such as PDF, Excel, Word, etc.
- Contact directory, white and green lists. These are managed by another team.
2. AEM feedback forms
If your site contains a feedback form that requires a user to input their @torontomu.ca email address, this field will not accept @torontomu.ca emails until Thursday, January 12. 2023. Users must continue to use their @torontomu.ca emails in your feedback forms.
3. AEM web support and forms
There will be no AEM support between December 24, 2022 (3 p.m.) and January 9, 2023 (10 a.m.). The web support forms will be unavailable during this time due to the email domain transfer. Any attempted submissions will not be accepted during this period.
