Search and replace tool enhancements

1. Replacement requests from other authors
When an author requests the global replacement of a branded term in the search and replace tool, some of those replacements may be in your web content.
To notify you of pending requests, a notification ‘bubble’ will now appear next to the “Replacement Requests From Other AEM Authors'' in the Search and Replace tool.
If you see a number in this bubble, please review your requests. Select the checkbox(s) and click the “Add to Replacement Queue” button to complete the replacements.
2. Special character inclusion in search and replacements
Special characters such as “&”, “>”, “<” can now be searched and replaced within your website content.
3. Some search and replace numbers
- 12640 Replacements processed in 9341 unique components
- 5115 Unique pages
- 46 Unique users
- 51 Unique terms
- 1000 Times the consoles have been visited
We have observed a nearly 40% increase in total replacements over the last 30 days. Keep up the great work!
4. A couple of friendly reminders
a) The search and replace tool is not intended to replace the following:
- Filenames, folder names
- paths and links
