Windows 11 Acquisition Options

Activation Type Eligibility Restriction Cost
TMUAD
(Active Directory) or KMS (Key Management System) 		 Available to all faculty and staff for computers managed by CCS or local IT departments
  • For on-campus computers, users must connect via ethernet and have VPN turned off.
  • For computers that are used off-campus, users must connect via VPN on a regular basis (every 3 months) to re-authenticate Windows 11 license
  • Recommended that Windows 11 be installed by CCS or local IT departments
