    User Impact: AEM author production needs to be restarted between 6:30 am and 8:00 am. https://www.torontomu.ca won't be affected.

    Moving the TMU Directory application to a new hosting environment.
    User Impact: Existing users will be logged out.
  • Saturday, May 3, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - completed 
    Updating eHR servers.
    User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage.
  • Saturday, May 3, 10:00 p.m. to Sunday, May 4, 1:00 a.m. - completed 
    Updating RMS.
    User Impact: RMS Activation, Self Service and Admin will be unavailable.
  • Sunday, May 4, 12:00 a.m. to 3 a.m. - completed 
    Updating CAS.
    User Impact: Access to all CAS and uPortal instances will be unavailable. Google Workspace, eHR, TMU-VPN, MyServiceHub and D2L cannot accept new login during the downtime.

    Upgrading network switches on TRS - 3rd floor.
    User Impact: Networked devices will partially be disconnected at TRS - 3rd floor.

    User Impact: All Coldfusion apps will be down on production during this outage.

    User Impact: TMU website www.torontomu.ca won't be affected due to redundancy of dispatchers. Author Dev will be inaccessible during this time.

    Upgrading Tomcat software on CAS and uPortal servers.
    User Impact: Access to CAS and my.torontomu portal may be intermittent during this period.

    Update TMU's Resource and Identity Management System.
    User Impact: Access to Activation, Self Service and Admin will be intermittent during this period.

    Updating InstantID services.
    User Impact: There will be a short interruption to InstantID web/card printing.  Onecard has been notified of the update and will coordinate testing.

    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day.

    User Impact:  This affects uploads, processes, forms, Experience (web client) and desktop client.  Registrar's office will communicate as needed.
