    User Impact: None expected. Users will still be able to use Jabber during the upgrade, however, they need to use the latest Jabber client on their computers and/or mobile devices.

    Terminating access to Opinio (survey.ryerson.ca).
    User Impact: Access to survey.ryerson.ca will end on November 1, 2022, as support for Opinio at TMU has ended. CCS has no plans to replace Opinio with another survey application.
