    Updating data center.
    User Impact: None expected.

    Updating the TMU phone systems.
    User Impact: All active call centre and Jabber connections during this time will drop.

    User Impact    : All phones will be rebooted 2 to 4 times, causing a 10 minutes outage each time, during this period.
