Changes from 12/03/2025 to 12/10/2025

  • Thursday, December 4, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - cancelled  
    Updating SPSS licensing.
    User Impact: Users will not be able to use SPSS Statistics or SPSS Modeler during the upgrade.
  • Thursday, December 4, 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. - completed
    Updating TMU's Resource and Identity Management System.
    User Impact: No user impact is expected. Change will only be applied to backend batch process.
  • Sunday, December 7, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - completed   
    Updating KHSE first floor network switches.
    User Impact: Network devices will be disconnected at KHSE first floor for network switches upgrade. Minimal impact due to the change schedule.

Changes from 12/10/2025 to 12/1702025

  • Wednesday, December 10, 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. - completed
    Updating Resolve application.
    User Impact: Client is aware and has approved the activities.
  • Friday, December 12, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - completed
    Updating SAS licensing.
    User Impact: None expected.
  • Sunday, December 14, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - completed
    Updating BPEL application.
    User Impact: BPEL application will be down during the change. Finance will not be able to exchange information through BPEL services during the BPEL downtime.
  • Monday, December 15, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - completed
    Updating Solidworks licensing.
    User Impact: Users won't be able to launch software during upgrade.
  • Monday, December 15, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. - completed
    Updating TMU's Resource and Identity Management System.
    User Impact: Access to Activation, Self Service, Admin and Web Services will be intermittent during this period.
  • Tuesday, December 16, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - completed 
    Updating SPSS licensing.
    User Impact: Users won't be able to use SPSS Statistics.
  • Tuesday, December 16, 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. - completed
    Updating Constituo.
    User Impact: Chang School international applications will be paused for the duration of the downtime.  CCS is working with RO to coordinate - RO is responsible for any needed communication.
  • Tuesday, December 16, 8:10 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. - completed  
    Updating UPO server.
    User Impact: During upgrading, UPO databases/tables are not available, end users have been notified.
