User Impact: Users' GlobalProtect software will be updated automatically when they log in the VPN after the new version is activated.

Removing SMS authentication method from Microsoft MFA.
User Impact: Users that are currently using SMS for MFA will not be affected by this change and can continue to use it. This change removes an option for SMS for new MFA setups.

User Impact: BPEL Application will be down during the change. Finance will not be able to exchange information through BPEL services during the BPEL downtime.
