DI worked with Strides to create training sessions and modules for all staff and employees. The training aimed to enhance EDIA knowledge within Strides and how it can be embedded within their work. This multi-course training plan included topics such as an intro to EDIA, microaggressions and unconscious bias; EDIA in organizational processes, inclusive leadership, data and measurement, inclusive employment processes, inclusive service design and delivery, and training for the board.
