Incident details
Toronto Police Service reported to TMU Security that an individual approached a member of the public and grabbed them and forced them to the ground. The individual took an item from the member of the public, kicked them and left.
Description information
The individual was described as male with a light complexion and approximately 24 to 29 years old. They had medium-length black hair. They were wearing a grey long sleeved shirt, grey capris, green running shoes and carrying a black sidebag.
