A TMU community member reported to TMU Security that an individual repeatedly followed them asking personal questions. The community member declined assistance from Toronto Police Service.
Description information
The individual was described as male with a light complexion, approximately 25 to 35 years old and approximately 170 cm (5’7”). They had a black full beard. They were wearing a hoodie.
Definition of Criminal Harassment
Criminal harassment is to knowingly engage in conduct that causes a person to reasonably fear for their safety or the safety of someone they know, including following, repeated communication, or persistently watching someone where they live, work or play.
