Incident details
A TMU community member reported to TMU Security that an individual approached them and their friends and kicked a device they were using, and then left the building. The community member declined assistance from Toronto Police Service.
Description information
The individual was described as male with a medium complexion. They were wearing a black baseball hat, red mask, black hoodie, black jeans and carrying a black backpack.
Definition of Mischief
Mischief is the willful destruction or damage of property, rendering property dangerous, useless, inoperative or ineffective, or interfering with anyone's enjoyment or operation of property. It includes but is not limited to vandalism and destroying or altering computer data.
