That foundation continues to influence her style today, with a focus on building strength, power, and endurance in a way that feels as good as it looks.
Currently studying interior design, Lily brings a strong attention to detail and aesthetics into her coaching. She believes training goes beyond performance and is also about feeling confident, balanced, and strong in your body. She uses evidence based principles of anatomy and proper function to create programs that are effective, intentional, and tailored to each individual.
With experience teaching art and coaching sports, Lily values building genuine relationships with her clients. She is committed to helping people stay accountable, consistent, and confident in their progress. Lily works with clients of all levels, supporting a wide range of goals from building strength to improving overall fitness and feeling better day to day.
