Group Fitness

Do you want to get your heart rate up in Ultimate Bootcamp, sweat to Latin music in Zumba or learn to Kickbox? Or maybe you are interested in yoga or spin but never tried it? Drop-in to one of our 30 group fitness classes with our talented and certified fitness instructors!

Whether it’s your first time in a fitness studio or you are a regular, everyone is welcome to participate and work toward their health and wellness goals. Lots of variety to meet the interests and needs of everyone!


Did you know physical movement improves your memory, attention, concentration and problem solving? Elevate your academic game and go from ordinary to extraordinary grades with GROUP FITNESS classes!


FREE: Drop-in group fitness classes are free to all TMU students, TMU grad students and members who hold an active membership.

What to expect

  • 45 - 60 minute classes
  • Drop-In Style: first-come, first-serve basis (no pre-registrations)
  • Arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to secure your spot

Find your rhythm, lift your spirits and get your sweat on as you move to the music in classes like danceFIRE, Zumba, and Cardio Dance Party.

Build strength, fitness and confidence in classes like TMC (Total Muscle Conditioning), FUNctional Full Body and TRX + Circuit.

Reconnect your body and mind as you stretch, strengthen and meditate in classes like Stretch + Flex, Yoga, Yoga Flow and Yin Yoga.

Ride and roll to the music as your instructor leads you through traditional Spin and combo classes like Spin + Stretch, and Spin + Core + Stretch.
