Highlighting Student Work from Winter 2026
We asked seven Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) student-run publications to highlight what they think is their best work from the Winter 2026 semester.
The stories start with On The Record (external link) (OTR), the School’s digital newsroom and publication led by final-year undergraduate and graduate Journalism students. Every semester, the publication hosts the TKTK awards where students vote for their favourite piece.
This year, Moyo Lawuyi was the recipient of “Best Story of the Semester Award.”
