TMU Security witnessed an individual masturbating who then engaged in an indecent act with another individual. Both individuals then left campus. 

Description information

The first individual was described as male, with a light complexion and approximately 175 cm (5’9”). They were wearing a black t-shirt.

Available to all community members, this free service pairs you with a uniformed security crew member to escort you to various locations on campus, including nearby parking lots, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
