Incident details
Ryerson community members reported to Ryerson Security that an individual was seated in the area masturbating. Security attended, identified the individual and arrested them. Toronto Police Service was notified and attended.
Description information
The individual was described as being male with a light complexion, is 34 years old and approximately 183 cm (6’). They had curly black short hair. They were wearing a blue hoodie, black shirt and black dress pants.
