How to Apply for a Letter of Permission

  1. You can access the Letter of Permission Payment Form and submit the $40 fee through the eForms Centre tile on your student home page.

  2. Click the Letter of Permission Payment option.

  3. Select your Program/Plan from the drop-down menu:

  4. Enter the name of the Host Institution and Host Course Code and Title. Then select the applicable term from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click Proceed.

  6. Click Pay Now.

  7. This is your payment confirmation. Enter the Form ID number and Authorization Code in your Letter of Permission Application.

  8. Complete the Letter of Permission Application.
