On Wednesday, April 15, join us at the 15th Annual Indigenous Student Showcase and Awards Recognition – a platform for undergraduate and graduate Indigenous students at Toronto Metropolitan University to define their success and present their accomplishments to the broader community.

During the event, we will shine a spotlight on the remarkable achievements, creativity and innovation of Indigenous students at TMU, actively involved in a host of scholarly, research and creative pursuits.

Student presenters will also be recognized with the Defining Your Success – Award for Creative Excellence made possible by elder Joanne Dallaire. 2026 Scholarship and award recipients will be recognized at the event as well.

This event is organized by Indigenous Education Council in the Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic and Gdoo-maawnjidimi Mompii Indigenous Student Services in the Indigenous Initiatives Unit in the Office of the Vice-President, Equity and Community Inclusion.

This event is wheelchair accessible and live captioning will be provided
