Join faculty and staff from across Ontario’s postsecondary sector as they share insights on building inclusive workplaces and fostering belonging through employee-led initiatives.
What to expect
Join us for a dynamic conversation featuring panellists from colleges and universities as they share their experiences and the support available for employees with disabilities.
Faculty and staff will discuss their efforts to build inclusive communities and the institutional strategies that help foster a sense of belonging. This session will spotlight employee-led initiatives and practical approaches that create a more supportive and connected workplace.
Whether you’re an employee, manager, or advocate, this event provides valuable insights into creating more equitable and supportive environments for all.
Submit your questions for the panellists in advance by November 26, at AODA@georgebrown.ca.
