Sogol grew up surrounded by fitness and began skiing at just four years old. Over time, her love for movement and strength evolved into a lifelong passion. She has completed two full marathons and gained hands on experience designing personalized training programs that meet clients where they are.
Her approach focuses on helping clients take control of their bodies through practical, individualized training. She emphasizes bodyweight exercises and functional movement, ensuring clients build strength they can carry into everyday life. For Sogol, fitness is about using the body as a tool to live healthier and happier.
