About

Selina grew up in athletics, spending nine years as a competitive gymnast before transitioning into strength training. What started as a challenge during the COVID era quickly became something more. Pushing herself outside her comfort zone sparked a lasting passion for training, nutrition, and personal growth.

Her background in gymnastics built discipline and body awareness. Strength training deepened that foundation and gave her a new appreciation for building resilience, both physically and mentally.

Selina holds a BA in Sociology and a Master’s in Public Policy, giving her a strong understanding of motivation, behavior, and the broader factors that influence health and wellbeing. She brings that perspective into her coaching, recognizing that progress is never just physical.

Her path to becoming a trainer developed naturally. People often sought her out in the gym for guidance, drawn to her focus, work ethic, and supportive approach. Turning that into a profession felt like a natural step.

Selina works with clients at every stage of their fitness journey. Whether someone is just starting out, rebuilding confidence, or striving to level up, her goal is to help them build strength, develop consistency, and feel capable both inside and outside the gym.

If you look good, you feel good, and if you feel good, you do good!
