The TMU Community Running Club is the perfect place for students who want to stay active, make new friends, and explore the city—one step at a time.

Whether you’re running for fitness, fun, or your next personal best, the TMU Community Running Club is here to help you find your pace. All experience levels are welcome!

  • Mondays: 11:15 AM
  • Wednesdays: 1:15 PM
  • Thursday/Fridays: Times are announced weekly on our Instagram
