Kendo

A class practices Kendo at Ryerson. All participants are in a line holding bamboo swords.

TMU Kendo Club

Kendo is a Japanese martial art which can be translated as "the way of the sword." Students are taught traditional Japanese fencing techniques, which improves physical and mental development. Our club welcomes complete beginners with no martial arts or sports background, as well as experienced Kendoka. 

What you need to bring:
-Clothing appropriate for exercise (ie. t-shirt, shorts)

-Water bottle
