We offer a range of equity-focused Women's Only and Trans + Gender Diverse options, whether in the form of weekly facility times for our fitness Center, pool and drop-in sports schedules, or as part of our Group Fitness, Instructional and Intramural Sports programs.
Women's Only: Everyone who identifies as a woman is welcomed at our Women's Only facility times and programs. For the purposes of the Women Only Hours, women includes all cis and trans individuals who identify as a woman.
Trans, in this case, refers to trans-feminine people who identify as transgender, transsexual, two-spirit, non-binary and/or genderqueer. Cisgender refers to persons whose gender identity corresponds with the sex the person had or was identified as having at birth.

Locations & Directions
Recreation & Athletics Centre (RAC)
The Recreation and Athletics Centre (RAC) is located in the centre of the Toronto Metro campus. Enter through the 40 or 50 Gould Street arch, which is one block north of Dundas St. and one block west of Church St. Enter RAC through the historic facade or via the accessible entrance at 31 Gerrard Street East.
Mattamy Athletic Centre (MAC)
The Mattamy Athletic Centre (MAC) is located in the former Maple Leaf Gardens building at 50 Carlton Street (corner of Carlton and Church).
