Carter is a research assistant at Diversity Institute (DI). He holds a Master’s degree in mechanical and industrial engineering with a specialization in analytics, as well as a honours bachelor of science in applied statistics with a mathematics minor from University of Toronto.
During his time at the University of Toronto, he worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. He is highly organized, efficient and proactive, with excellent time management skills. He has experiences working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. He is committed to ensuring that all non-compliance cases are identified and resolved promptly, and that students and employees receive the necessary support and referrals.
When he is not researching or working, he enjoys being outside as much as possible. He loves to hike, play basketball, badminton and workout.
