- A 3-lane, 145 m indoor track
- 2 sprung hardwood floor studios
- 2 squash courts
- 2 sprung hardwood floor gyms
- A 25-yard pool
- Women’s and men’s change rooms with sauna
- Single-occupancy, universal and accessible washrooms

Holiday Closure
- The RAC, Pool & Kerr Hall Gyms are closed for the holidays, starting Friday, December 19 at 7:00pm.
- All TMU Athletics & Recreation members have free access to the Miles Nadal JCC pool during this closure (Dec. 20 - Jan. 4)
- These facilities re-open for regular hours beginning Monday, January 5.

Fall/Winter, starting Sept. 2, 2025
- Monday to Friday 6:30am-11:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-6:30pm
Women’s Only Hours & Equity-Focused Programs
We offer a wide range of equity-focused programs across our RAC facilities on a regular daily or weekly recurring basis.
Some programs are limited to students/members who identify as women, while others are open to anyone committed to contributing to a safe and affirming envinroment for a particular equity-deserving group.
