How to View My Transfer Credit Report

The Transfer Credit Report displays your official transfer credit results. An acknowledgement will be sent to your university email confirming your applications have been processed by Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU).

Applications are processed:

  • After you accept your Offer of Admission
  • After May 1 - if you are admitted for the upcoming fall term

Normally, students can view their Pending Method 1: Self-service transfer credit application submitted via MyServiceHub within five business days of applying.

Pending Transfer Credit Applications will not appear for undergraduate students who applied using Method 2: Manual application, certificate students or graduate students. Final transfer credit results will be posted to your report after decisions are made by faculty within six to eight weeks of a complete application being received and processed.

  1. From your MyServiceHub page, select Student Center.

Pending Transfer Credit Applications

Pending Method 1: Self-service transfer credit application submitted via MyServiceHub will appear as No Rule in the Status column as the external course was not previously reviewed by TMU.

The Outline Status column confirms when a suitable course outline for No Rule applications has been received. If a course outline is required, a submission link will be enabled on the transfer credit report to submit it.

Official Transfer Credit Results

Official transfer credit results are displayed in the Status column and have a status of Granted or Denied followed by the appropriate credit listed on the Credit Granted column.

Note: Applications for which official grades could be confirmed will appear on the Transfer Credit Report.

You will receive an Incomplete Transfer Credit Application email, if additional information such as transcripts/missing grades or more detailed course outlines are required.

The comments section may include additional information on your Transfer Credit Applications, including appeal decisions, denied comments and/or adjustments.

A set of credits is where more than one external course is used to grant one or many TMU transfer credit, or more than one TMU credit is granted for a multi-term external course.
