“After Winter, Must Come Spring” is a four-week group where people affected by gender-based violence can gently explore self-compassion, self-care tools, and take a breath. This is a warm, low-key space for people to have discussions, creatively express ourselves, and connect with peers. This group is open to students of all gender identities within the Toronto Metropolitan University community.
