Join us this month for an information session on the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO), a specialized tribunal set up to mediate and adjudicate human rights applications for violations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (the Code). The Code provides protections for individuals in the workplace and other specific public-sector settings against sexual harassment and assault. Together we will explore what situations may give rise to a human rights complaint, how to file an application, and understanding the HRTO process.

You Choose What To Do Next is a monthly trauma-informed accessible legal information workshops series for people affected by gender-based violence lead by Consent Comes First.
